The current annual dues, payable by March 1, are $231.00 per property.

The properties in the Peacefuls are divided into five POAs: Peacefuls Lakes, Peaceful Meadows I, Peacefuls Meadows II, Peaceful Ponds I, and Peaceful Ponds II, Acres, Pines. A map indicating the properties in each POA is available to property owners in the Members Area.

The Members Area is available to all property owners. Send an email with your name, property, and email to thepeacefulscommunication@gmail.com, (thepeacefulscommunication@gmail.com,)and you will receive a reply explaining how to create a login for the Members Area.
